I thought that's what she did with 2/11... there's no use trying to build an r&b fan base at this point. Music sales are tanking and fans are fickle af. Just give a quality album and the accolades will follow. The industry loves her so if she shows out with a classic album people will support.

Two eleven was trendy at the time, not ahead of its time. Maybe even a bit late or too safe. I really hope there will be some nice hiphop influences on there. And some dark beats (something hunting like Jhene or Beyonce - Mine). I was just listening to the I wanna be down remix the other day and somehow it is still slaying. Her vocals have never been a problem, she needs good producers.
