Court documents filed in Fulton County Court by attorneys representing the estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown accuse Nick Gordon of injecting Brown with a toxic mixture before her death.

The documents were filed in response to a motion by Gordon asking a judge to stay any civil proceedings.


Channel 2 Action News first uncovered the motion by Gordon on Thursday.


The motion filed by Brown's estate says Gordon's request should be denied, citing that Gordon "has no problem giving an interview to Dr. Phil but asks this court to relieve him of his legal responsibility."

Attorneys for Brown's estate then say Gordon is evading a complaint that accuses him of injuries leading to her death, including "a violent altercation with Defendant after which he placed her in the bathtub unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture."

The filing also says that Brown died "after a particularly violent altercation with the Defendant which left her battered and bruised, with a tooth knocked out."

Gordon is also accused of trying to cover up the altercation by changing clothes after the fight in the bathroom.

Deeper in the documents Gordon is also accused of receiving $40,000 to allow a magazine to take pictures of him at Brown's grave.

Channel 2's Erica Byfield has learned Fulton County's district attorney does not want Brown's autopsy report released because of a possible danger to witnesses.

Byfield tracked down a document that explains what else the DA told the judge about Brown's high-profile death.

because "devising a plan" in itself requires logic & critical thinking skills
