!!!!!! I had a really interesting conversation with this Asian guy in my program and he was just talking about how business relationships in Asian cultures are so much more personal in comparison to our American culture where there is a huge separation between business relationships and personal relationships. And I mean.... It's clearly working for them and I get it. It builds genuine trust and loyalty easier.
