It wasn't clear which trending list they were referring to. Usually Netflix has their top ten for shows and movies and then separate trending lists for movies, shows, etc

It was stated it's "No. 1 on Netflix". Netflix has a MAIN (and sub) chart for ALL their programming. And if the crown isn't number one then the question of whether this was is relevant.
