anyone can become a cop. it's scary.
its def scary especially considering that there's usually a huge focus on promoting from within, and "moving up the ranks".
Obviously they can't heighten standards too much cuz not too many people are willing to join a police force and make just 50k a year to put your life on the line . So it's not like they have this amazing pool of highly intelligent people just itching to "serve"
But a young guy is dead cuz that cop was bored enough to enforce some air freshener mess.
Even if he did have a past or a warrant, he had plenty of time in life to turn his situation around . That opportunity has been stolen from him.
Take this cops life from him as well. Make sure he is not able to work anywhere else and give him jail time. This country believes in and loves the Bible so much ... refer to "eye for an eye".
