Which borough are you in?

I did Manhattan for a few.  I don't like it in general, living wise.
Then Long Island City.

I considered North Bergen, NJ.
Or Hoboken.

The problem is, other places want to charge $1800+ for some roach infested, paint peeling mess. No, ma'am.

You feel forced to pay more just to get something CLEAN, renovated or new.

That's what they're going for in most places.  And I'm being generous, cause it's actually more.

You should try Downtown Brooklyn.

It's energetic and safe ....convenient
Nice mixture of people. Rent is reasonable.
it's perfect for young professionals tbh.

If it were closer to where I work I'd probably be perched there again.

Sometimes I relish in the fact that Republicans keep holding Mississippi downs.

We sacrifice diversity and mess for a low price places.  :blessed:

!!!!!

And that's why I'm over it.
I really want to buy.
It's like stressing me out now.

And the way I am, not because you can afford $500 spends you WANT TO/or MUST spend $500. You know what I mean?  NYC has gotten disgusting over the years with their rents.  It's nuts.
