It's that time.

On the hunt for my dream condo. Time to dip into home ownership
As I get older paying rent makes less and less sense to me.

Some people dream of a big house with a white picket fence mess, or a mansion
All I've ever wanted is a nice condo with a great view of the skyline.
I'm SUCH a NYC gor.

I grew up in a house with a nice backyard and front yard
But I always knew that's not what I wanted for myself.

I'm super simple and very low maintenance.
I've just always seen and dreamed of myself being comfortable in a high rise mess as an adult.
Never wanted to be filthy rich, never played the lotto.
Never put so much stock into material things.

Just give me comfort, and my beautiful dream condo, and I will be satisfied.

I feel incredibly blessed and humbled to be at the point where my dream is actually possible.
But I have worked hard and have been strategic in many areas which of course helped a bit. sfsffsfsfs

I got to have a studio session of my own for the first time today.

The process was really cool, but there were some things about it I didn't like.

For example, I was having issues with hearing myself with the headphones on. The engineer had the sound monitor on, and there was a delay, which made the take come out offbeat. I asked him if he could remove the delay. He did...but then said the sound quality was trash, so he put it back on. Eventually, I asked him to just turn it off completely since I could hear myself outside of the headphones anyway.

The engineer, was really chill and a nice dude overall, but he was a bit stubborn and a little too insistent with certain things.

Like, he said I should do some adlibs, right? Okay, so I go in and do some really quickly. Afterwards we listen back, and I'm not satisfied at all.

Ayo, I was a little sharp right there. Mind letting me do it again?
