Jewish people are the most protected people's in the world
I've never seen anything like it :dead: all this, sensitivity, adoration and celebration for less than 100 years of persecution, whilst blacks have literally 800 years of mess till this day and all we get a some equality laws and black history month :dead:

Their money has a lot to do with it IMO..aside from their race obviously

Generally, people don't care about the poor unless they're taking a pic of themselves giving a piece of bread to one of them to show how generous they are.

After the Jim Crow era we were corralled into the ghettos and it's an out of sight, out of mind tea unless someone turns on their TV to see us being shot down, or twerking for them.

I long to see the day where Black economical health becomes a huge conversation. Money obviously won't solve everything, but it does have power.
!!!! Money is power but I don't have hope
They go as far is tearing down Black Wall Street and killing and demonising any African leaders that want to unite African countries so we can have a single currency and control our resources, because if they did that....whew bye Europe, America and Asia!
We're a real fucking threat to the Eurocentric status quo

i think there's hope. i have definitely seen a rise in black people being more conscious of "buying black"/supporting Black owned businesses, etc.

a lot more Black Americans doing away with that toxic mindset that we can't trust one another.....that we're in competition with each other, etc.

i have a new Black coworker who was shocked at how much time I took aside from my own work to help her get settled in and up to speed. I def went above and beyond for her. She keeps saying she owes me, but seeing her be successful is all the reward I need.

Sometimes I feel like I'm "racist" because I def treat Black people (especially Black women) differently than I do others. I didn't go the extra mile for others I've seen come in. But other minority races do the same shit. Koreans look out for each other. The Chinese. South Asian Indians.

I think it all starts with the way we treat each other and how we see each other. How much we love and trust each other. That's been a challenge for us IMO, at least for Black Americans.
!!!!!
Whenever there's a new black colleague I go above and beyond, because I know Becky and Sandra are already looking for an excuse to reprimand
It makes ME feel good, because just being black in the workplace especially in a non black majority is scary.

And the crabs in the barrel, mentality is def a black western thing, I don't think it exists in Africa because well everyone is...black :dead:
One thing I've noticed about Asians and Jewish people is that they definitely look out for each other.
I don't know how the Jews operate in NYC, but in London they own the properties and ONLY rent to their people, there's pockets of London that are basically Jewish owned, the buildings, shops, houses and flats are all Jewish
Same thing with the Indiana/Pakistanis here
We need to adopt the same mentality and work pattern
People will argue but pro-diversity! anti-segration! But I'd argue that's fine but blacks are losing out

Now the "WOKE" term is being used for EVERYTHINNNGGGGG else but black issues
I'm watching a TV debate programme and the term is being used for everything else, I heard  "a seat at the table" as well being used for a disability equality tv programme advert :dead:
It just dilutes the original meaning and minimises OUR mess
No one has actually spoken on the original meaning of the term
And where it came from
Or how it came to be
I'm hearing mess on sexism, ageism, ect ect :dead:
And Yh...it's white people talking
