I almost roll my eyes now when I pay rent cuz I know it's literally watching money go down a drain
and it's bothering me more and more that I keep doing it. I find myself adding up the amount of months I've been living here, doing the math of how much my landlord has pocketed and almost throwing up in my mouth. sfsffssffsfs
My credit is at such a great point that I have banks tryna get me to sign up for their cards and mess left and right. Like literally piles of mail from them. sdsdsdsdds Which is how it should be at my age.
Never wanted a white picket fence mess. Give me a cute apartment/condo mess in Manhattan or a really cute part of Brooklyn and I'm goodie.
I'm kinda dipping my foot into the water....Already have been pre-approved by a mortgage lender and they're ready to go. Can't believe I'm at the point where I'm ready to go home hunting.
But it's time. I just wanted to make sure that I was ready to SETTLE in one place. That I got all of the need to hop , skip and jump from one part of the country to another out of my system. Taking out a long-term mortgage is not something I take lightly. It's a commitment, and I don't plan on having a foreclosure mess on my record. But I'm a northern city girl and that's where I'm staying. It's got damn time. 
Well dedicating 30 plus years to a pile of sticks isnt much better
Starting off with a ez pay off tea (trailer, foreclosure,fsbo)
Or a multi family unit is smarter
Mortgage
Insurance
Taxes
Closing costs
Repairs
All of the utilities
Sometimes renting isnt that bad considering
If ur income cannot sustain it longterm. Its more hassle
Unless the house can produce an additional stream of income
Or its already paid lol
Its all wasting money tbh
