well  im curious what are your prerequisites for being able to perform??? 

just based on billboard stats

ciara as 9 billboard TOP 10 singles on the hot 100 and TWO number 1 hot 100 singles 


shakira has 1 number one hott 100 single  and 4 top 10s. 


so based on that alone ..she is more qualified than shakira
