Im curious, has anyone else ever been made to feel "less than" because of being darker? I've never experienced that kinda hate from other African Americans regarding skin complexion. It baffles my MIND to hear someone say shit like this.  Even in my immediate family there is a mix. My father is pretty fair complected as are 2 of my siblings but there was NEVER a discussion on that kinda shit in my home.  This is disgusting and disheartening

Never even heard my family even drag anyone that's dark
I only learned there was a difference because of the way girls and boys were treated by classmates and noticing how television really only highlighted lighter complexions
