This is actually a better strategy, imo. She just put out a song and a video today. Its get ppl talking and realize she is about to return after a break. She has 2 weeks to tease and get folks prepared to release. Imagine if Brandy had put oht Freedom Rings and announced that Baby Mama and a music video will come out? Its a good lil build up.
