She said she's touring early 2018 and tickets are going on sale during first week of album and most artists make tickets available 2-3 months prior to the concert so album is coming October/November.

She's also been talking about the album A LOT on Twitter & IG.

The Oct. 13 date comes from her My Chick Bad verse.
