they're saying it's drugs....i cant get a good look at what he threw.. to say for myself
but im pretty sure it's not part of procedure to quickly toss random bags of anything onto the seat of someone's car during a search or any interaction.
so he's wrong right off the bat
Terrible..
I saw this yesterday. Apparently the cop is trying to say that he found the drugs in the man's pocket and was getting rid of it :kii:

so he confiscated the drugs, to throw them back into his car? :omf:
something tells me that's not following procedure
Ok edit:

ok that makes sense .
There was another person involved and that was taken directly from their pocket by another officer on the scene
He handed the trash to This cop, who just tossed it into the car to get rid of it.
I can understand why the black guy in the car may have been shook though. Can't blame him for questioning every single action taken by a white cop arresting him
But this goes back to why it's important to really get the full story before we get super emotional .
That's why I was cautious with using question marks on this story as opposed to stating it as fact
these police departments now see their cities going up in FLAMES with one wrong move so that's why they're so quick to make sure we know the tea ASAP nfnfnfndbd
:plzstop:
Ohhhhh ok
Luckily this man was recording because god knows what would have happened.
That empty bag would have magically turned into weed or something.

Aww, you think they would've been kind enough to give him a refill?

whats ASTONISHING to me is the amount of ppl in the comments still trying to say he was up to something
like damn bitch, u literally see the entire mess play out on body cam
STOP fucking crying wolf. that shit allows ppl to try and discredit the instances where cops ARE actually dirty.
I dunno... the officer was putting on gloves after throwing that bag in the car as if he was going to stumble across it and justify a more thorough search of the car. You don't even see him toss the bag into the car from his bodycam , so I'm still skeptical about the cop's intentions.
I doubt the cop would be giving "Just trash! Don't want to litter! Saving Mother Earth!" if the passenger didn't see it AND wasn't filming.
its def still off to me that he's throwing anything into that man's car
how is that OK?
at the very least it's unprofessional
his car isn't a trash bin so why is trash being thrown in there? especially by a police officer
if the other cop is shown taking the trash directly from the driver's pockets on his body cam, that leaves room to explain a lot
but its still just very unprofessional to me. at the very least
im pretty sure the cop was putting on gloves because he was about to search the car
he literally found an empty baggie on the driver and threw it back into the car that it came from versus just throwing it on the ground
not seeing the issue here guys. we all have a very justified level of mistrust for cops. but paranoia aint healthy. sometimes thing are simply what they appear to be.
Yea you can't trust these things
