From what I recall, Rodney took Brandy's vocals on this from a song they were working on that didn't make the cut during the FM sessions or whatever.
I've always love Brandy's part on this, but the version that floated around for years didn't have the ending part, it had some radio fade out. Fats was some guy signed to Darkchild.
I love her FM voice it's still competing with her current voice
