My knees are a BIT tired... but I'm trying my best to make those thighs GROW without fucking my joints up.
I do not sleep enough tho but I'm slowly fixing that.

...But I've been doing cross training since I was a Sophomore in High School (when I started actually give a crap about the long term benefits of cardiovascular exercise). 23 now.
I've just been maintaining since then.
