if they're talking about Apple Music it makes sense IMO. That's where a lot of her streaming slayage has been. Apple Music has only been a thing for about 4 years now (almost) so i can believe this. Her debut has been slaying simultaneously, and this is actually reminding me of what Cardi B was able to do in terms of breaking records with her debut in 2018. Very impressive, but Apple Music was also very new. It'll be interesting to see how dominant Bey and Rihanna are whenever they drop solo projects because streaming wasn't what it is currently, the last time they both did so.

I have yet to listen to the full abum. Apple Music is probably bigger in the US all things considered. Its the reason why Adele remained #1 this week.
