Like how is that a skill? Who wouldn't be "self motivated"? Am mean who the hell else is gonna motivate you? :uhh: I honestly didn't get it .
Until I encountered people who actually kinda need their hand held and lots of encouragement to be productive and stay motivated
It's still hard for me to wrap my head around cuz I feel if ur being compensated to do something and the expectations are clear and reasonable , why do you need a cheerleader to do what's expected?
I definitely understand now why it's often seen as some sort of skill but I still don't completely get it . But I def have empathy for those who don't have that "skill" if it's something they truly cannot help.
