New associated press interview. Queen said it's not going to take another 8 years to release solo music and she's going to start working on her own new stuff "in a few."

Assuming Queens gets renewed and they film in the fall, she'll likely need to start recording at the top of next year if she plans to release something in 2022.

!!!!! And she's shown to be the type of person that channels all of her energy and focus into one project at a time (which is not necessarily a "bad" thing). It's just that as long as she's captivated with Queens and "reinspired" by acting, I just don't see music coming anytime soon. Idk...
