Chloe Bailey is unapologetic.

During the season finale of Taraji P. Henson's Peace of Mind, the 23-year-old singer opened up about the criticism she has received on social media during her blossoming solo career. She admitted to Henson that, after having gone live on Instagram to address controversy about sharing her sexier side earlier this year, she was "just tired, cause even now, like, I still am very insecure."
"We all have our things ... And especially in the world of social media and a world of only seeing the best version of everyone else, you're like, 'well, I got to fix this, this, and this and this and this.' So I just was explaining like, I'm not changing. It hurts my feelings. Don't like it, but I'm not changing for anyone," Bailey explained.

Cfffffgggggghuiiiii
She was serious when she posted the lollipop video. I think this girl has been on tour with Bey too much and now she is imitating everything about her. But even Bey is not this extra. She always finds the right context or project if she wants be sexy. Chloe is forcing it a lot and she is also expecting way too much from people on Twitter and it's a bit sad.

Beyonce gets backlash for it all the time as well. Packaging it up and putting it into the right project ain't gonna stop people from saying wild ass things to her on twitter. Black women get villainized for being sexual no matter how it looks or how it's packaged.
Chlöe said she ain't changing shit if ya'll watch the video. I'm glad she stated that it hurt her feelings a bit, BUT, she's still gonna be her

imma beat your fucking ass
Drag the try hard bitch or hush
I feel for anyone who has been bullied.
With that said, it's much easier to target someone who has a faux confidence about themselves. Her sexy doesn't feel natural and it's almost like she's trying to convince herself she is a sex symbol. I think ppl subconsciously pick up on that and cringe.
I just hate all the girls pick the most obvious form of sexy (licking, twerking, pussy grabbing). There are soooo many other ways to exude sex. Madonna and Janet gave so many variations, these newbies are one note.

People like and can sense authenticity. n
And can definitely tell when something is forced. It doesn't warrant bullying etc. but it's a little off putting.
Ew @ how people just be making it seem like she's being picked on for no reason.
"
What is she doing wrong?! :uhh: "
Yeah she's trying to be something she's not and it's LATE.
Not everyone is a sex symbol and that's fine.
I get you want to be yourself but also I think finding balance and accepting criticism/having the right people around for artist development is important. It's not just about posting a cute selfie every now and then, it's her brand. I think a manager or people from the label should pay attention to some of the comments. And use the feedback for the visuals for upcoming projects..I see what she is trying to do and we can all agree she has potential but she is forcing it

You asshole. Her sucking a lollipop is reason for her to get bullied? :uhh:
That faux Beyonce voice bothered me more than the lollipop. Even her own fans thought she was trolling.
