wsssssddssssd excuse me :uhh:
I think this has been in development for ages. I've heard about this technology before. Aren't there countries that already have them?
It sounds scary at first. But if it's a way to reduce accidents I'm all for it. Too many reckless truckers out there.

I don't like any of it. Not even the cars. The only benefit I see is that a truck can't fall asleep on the road but I don't trust a computer to make the amount of decisions a human makes while driving.
i think the concept is good but my first thought was how this will cost real people their livelihoods
a lot of people depend on truck driving to pay their bills and actually enjoy doing it.
and also computers malfunction sometimes. they freeze. they're not perfect.
i know humans make errors as well sometimes but this isn't as flawless as they're making it seem
they're not doing this in the name of public safety. they're only pushing facts about how safe it is so many people won't rush to try and get it shut down
this is basically the trucking industry's version of the mcdonald's kiosk.
if this goes widespread each company that implements it needs to be CLOSELY monitored and regulated as they do so
only the best, most expensive software/systems ...and yes price matters if you're talking anything tech. a macbook pro is gonna perform better than a dell.
no cutting corners to save a few dollars. reusing tea that is well beyond the time of replacement .
that's the mess that sent planes flying into oceans before the FAA started cracking down.
if they wanna get cute and edgy...and take real jobs from actual humans in the process...
make them spend the coins to join the club.
Sounds disastrous
I'm not surprised
robots, machines etc are our future
soon you'll be greeted by Johnny 5 at McDonalds instead of Lakeeda
Sounds like an excuse for some scheduled homicides
would any of u step into a plane completely operated by computer with no humans in the cockpit?
