Yea I feel like stories become terrible when they try to think of ways to keep some mess going for episodes and seasons

the gors dont write the way they used to. they too busy just trynna MILK a concept for all its worth once it gets a following with no regard for the actual story. even series have an ending point.

from what i understand, lovecraft was based off a written work and that first season concluded the story of said written work. they were going to try to knock out a 2nd season based solely off the popularity of the first season but ultimately decided not to.
