I also don't get how getting a laptop or drive is the same as owning all copies. I mean back in the day people might seize all copies of a videotape, but to think there's no footage stored online is a bit naive. Kanye once bought back a laptop with graphic footage from a cousin. This is giving me major flashbacks.
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Kanye spotted on a public plane? And in this episode he said he dressed lowkey for 'coach'. This man really wanted to be seen in public doing some heroic shit for Kim to win his family back. And Khloe asking for a prayer circle to keep the family together is also giving Ye false hope. I was surprised to see Kim was trying to involve him so much in this SNL production, but I have to remind myself they shot this earlier. Before she kissed Pete in the sketch.

I think he means he got 'Ray's laptop' from Wack. And clearly Wack was lying because there wasn't extra footage. That probably wasn't even his laptop, it's possible Ray isn't involved.
