mm
not a test drive

kind of random but i went to a vegan chinese restaurant in atlanta and ordered mongolian 'beef' and 'ham' fried rice....tempeh was used as the beef replacement and tofu as the ham replacement...i was fucking GAGGING at how the texture of tempeh was EXACTLY like beef and the texture of the tofu was EXACTLY like ham..sdfsdfsdf....like you could fool anyone

as far as taste you  really start to realize that beef/chicken/fish dont taste like anything until they're drenched in spices/salt/sauce

i'm going to try and fool my coworkers...they've been working my fucking nerve scrunching their faces when they find out i'm vegan...i'll order dishes from this restaurant and i WONT tell them it's animal product-free  :wellheythere:

Lots of vegans say that but I beg to differ.

try cooking fish or chicken with nothing on it..no salt, no seasonings..

matter of fact just toss a piece of chicken into boiling water and then taste it

Nah. It definitely has its own taste, seasoned or not.
