This is all coming from a place of love and wanting to see Brandy succeed. I've been a hardcore fan for decades now and I'll keep rooting for her. Here are my thoughts on what could be done to make B8 the success it needs to be:
- hire a social media manager for Brandy's accounts. Let people focus on her art and artist persona (grace, elegance and a bit of mystery)
- Stop her talking about how great she is and that she needs recognition etc. no great person has ever called themselves great
- Lock her in the studio with the following among others:
The dream/Tricky
Noah 40 Shebib
Victoria Milan
Drake
Kanye west
Max Martin/Ilya
- Let Casey Cadwallader (Mugler) be the creative behind her styling and look for the new era
- No more overchoreography...focus on smooth and sexy movements.
- If she's insisting on rapping, take it down a notch. Be more smooth with the flow than hard and corny. More like Drake. Melodius talking.
- No need to over harmonize or adlib all the time. Sometimes we just want to hear Brandy's voice by itself. Clear and easy to sing along to!
