I just learned anyone can nominate someone for a Hollywood Star. It's just up to the celebrities team to come up with the $$$.

I would imagine someone like Brandy has turned down in the past because she would want it to be sponsored/paid for by a current project she has going on plus use it for promo for whatever said project is. I'm sure it's a timing thing but let's nominate ha, I feel like this year is perfect!
Oh and the other tricky part is the categories. She qualifies for more than one but as an example, it wouldn't necessarily make sense for her to get a tv star if she has music going on at the time or any other mixes.
