According to Pete Nowalk, the creator and executive producer of "How to Get Away with Murder," Annalise will be broken after what happened in the Hapstall mansion. "We left her bleeding out on the floor ? and when we come back, she's really broken," Nowalk said during his interview with TV Line. The EP said that it was important for Viola Davis to play someone who really suffered a major trauma. "We're going to see a whole different side of her [Annalise]," he added.
Annalise has been known as one of TV's most "badass" female characters, but Nowalk said that this is not always the case every time. "It can't be the same thing every time. It can't just always be 42 minutes of Annalise kicking ass and saying one-liners," Nowalk said. Even though she's still sick, fans can be assured that Annalise will remain a badass, but in a different way.
Meanwhile, in the sneak peek of the upcoming episode of the show, which is titled "What Happened To You, Annalise?" fans were surprised to see Annalise cradling a baby in the clip. According to Design & Trend, many fans are speculating that the baby is Wes (Alfred Enoch), since it was revealed that the defense lawyer knew him when he was still called "Christophe." Fans are definitely excited to see this new arc on the show.
Spoilers Guide posted an episode synopsis of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 2 episode 10, and it reads, "A few weeks have passed since Wes shot Annalise. Wes and The Keating 5 deal with the fallout from that night, as Annalise is faced with a complicated road to recovery."

The show is kinda epic. I cant wait. Seriously this second season was so smartly written.
