And you would know everything about easy ho
You need d3 and magnesium.. Preferably magnesium glycinate.. Your d3 probably needs to be tested to know how much you should take.
B12 or b complex could help as well
Not a supplement but a good starting point
Get good sleep. If u tryna get 7 hours be in bed 8-9 hours before . Etc
Bitch I was so giddy when I saw this morning . My highest mess in 3 years. Damn near perfect
My bed can sense when I'm up MESSIN when I'm not supposed to be dndjhdjdjdjd. And when I'm actually resting .
Put your phone away if ur supposed to be sleeping . If u find urself up checkin in the middle of the night , be mindful of that. No more than 5-10 mins. Cuz it can easily turn into a hour of sleep taken.
Our body doesn't care about what we're looking at. We do . It just wants wat it needs
Good rest is the foundation of your day. At least IMO

I don't really get depressed but this really helped me when my mom passed recently and my grandma and 2 nephews passed last year. And my dad is giving me HELL but he wants me to stay with him.Its been crazy round these parts recently.
!!
Sleep is definitely a major area that most people don't factor in. Have you had any issues sleeping or resting lately? If so, it could be something you're digesting currently that may be causing this issue.
I think sleep is a major factor for me. The way I wake multiple times throughout the night
Vitamin D
Vitamin K
Iron
Multivitamin

Could be caused by low vitamin d or sleep apnea.. Amongst other things. Try not to be on your phone or electronic devices before going to sleep and don't eat or drink sugar too close

id say make it your #1 priority to get that in check
Starting a day with subpar sleep is like starting a race with 1 sneaker on.
Yeah u can grab all the water and Gatorade u want to as u run but u still have a major handicap against u throughout the race
Try not to normalize overnight social media interaction (or "playing with ur phone")
A lot of us normalize this stuff to the point where it becomes part of our nightly routines . Getting up and "playing with our phones " at 2AM on a work night .
And be mindful of when you are drinking caffeine . My cut off is 1-2PM . A bedtime of 10PM seems like plenty of time for the caffeine to dissolve if u have some at 4 but it really isn't

You're not resting enough bby, take care of yourself! My BULLETS are gonna be your cause of death so I'll be damned if depression gets in my way.
:stressed:
I've heard stuff about micro-dosing shrooms. Apparently it helps a lot of people with depression.
NOW we're talkin'

I think I might have sleep apnea :omgwatshappening: I just made an appointment with a sleep doctor
Just start living in optimism and positivity
Eventually you'll believe your delusions, and that'll solve half of your problems
Feel better babes
But outside of that, a bit of weed and cocaine never hurt anyone
