I find this law extremely stupid. If you want to sleep off your drunkenness, you should be allowed to sleep it off. Where's the "driving" in the DUI if the vehicle is parked? This unfunny pervert should get jail time though.

Then they should charge her for obstruction of traffic or something. According to the legal definition, she's done, but I just find the definition ludicrous. Find an appropriate charge and jail the bitch..

i dunno about everywhere else but in texas the law is you can sleep in your parked car if you're drunk, but the  engine CANNOT be running or else you can get arrested for it.  If it is turned off and youre asleep you are good.  i would be curious if her engine was running or not.
