anyone of yall eat them often?
i just started adding them to my regular routine a couple weeks ago
like ..some meals with 75% of the plate being lots raw veggies (mainly broccoli and some carrots) and the rest of the plate being a really solid protein
it takes forever to chew through them...especially the broccoli
like it literally feels like ur chewing to no end. but ive been feeling the benefits for sure
what are the benefits

id say the most immediate effect is u u feel energy's a bit different.
especially if placing the raw veggies in the place of a processed food (bread, etc . which could have preservatives n other stuff)
and surprisingly u feel full. i think its the combination of it taking SO long to chew them (it forcibly slows you down which gives ur body more time to recognize its full) combined with the actual fiber/mineral content of the veggies which arent diluted by cooking them in any way
and it feels good to feel like ur eating directly from the earth with no in-betweens. no seasonings, no cooking them. just raw from the ground as nature intended. sounds weird but u feel more in touch with nature.

But no, I dont usually. And I'd rather just get those nutrients in a powder form or something you can mix in a drink
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE VEGGIES. RAW, STEAMED, ROASTED, SMOOTHIE ECT. SINCE I WAS KID.
I LITERALLY USED TO TRADE OTHER KIDS MY MEAT FOR THEIR VEGGIES :dead:
Not raw but I love roasting yellow bell peppers.
They are naturally sweet with a crispness.
Love raw 🫦
