Sources have told All Hip Hop that Irv Gotti, real name Irving Domingo Lorenzo Jr., was "declared dead" on Wednesday morning (February 5) at the age of 54. The famed record producer co-founded Murder Inc. Records in 1998 and is credited with helping develop many big-name artists such as Ja Rule, Lloyd, and Ashanti.
