and not surprised she won this case, i predicted she would. accuser's lawyer was trash and Consuela was very well coached. she really showed up and showed out on that stand.
but clearly her behavior here shows she's capable of mess. and this was with WITH cameras rolling in front of a court.

if this were a state/federal trial with an experienced prosecutor on her ass it woulda been different. but she was up against a lawyer in a civil matter who seemingly got their degrees from a rib shack. which isn't surprising considering the accuser wasn't able to afford the best.
this is America. you have better lawyers, you win cases. no one should be surprised with the outcome here tbh if you've been following the case.

That's my biggest problem with not just her but anyone cosplaying as black simply whenever it's beneficial. On top of that, people who praise their negative behavior but ready to LYNCH when an actual black person does 25% of it.
