im sure if she decided to waste time , energy and money taking it to court ... they could successfully argue that they have just as much ownership in the name considering their image/likeness and names are attached to the Danity Kane brand
and although she came up with the name, she'd have to produce actual legal paperwork showing that she owns it (especially considering it was used and associated with a group of other people for years)...i wouldn't be surprised if legally...Diddy owns it in some way , and he was the one who kinda just "let them" use it since he squeezed everything he wanted out of it already.

Im not even gonna go in on her because the story is sad and the possible allegations in the doc are vile, but she had no problem shading Dawn in the doc and doing a recent interview discounting Dawn's experience w/ Diddy and sexual assault so girl bye.
