Does the general public see these songs similar to how they see Usher's Superstar, Can You Handle It, and Bad Girl?

Not singles, but still classics/ R&B gems. Or are they purely just fan favs?

It seems like When You Touch Ne is for sure which is wild bc it's not a bad song but out of ALL her songs...
