RIP Whitney, they aged gracefully......the movie is so iconic and so is the soundtrack. The 90s were peak everything

im just realizing how much "Girlfriends" may have been inspired by Waiting To Exhale

even down to small details like Ronnie working in that beauty shop

what an amazing fucking movie. i dont think a year has passed recently where i don't revisit it.

and even more amazing how it may have inspired a sitcom that ended up being just as iconic
