He said his heart is working at 25%. But I wonder if he has blockages and needs stents. Maybe he could eat right and do light exercise. He could probably turn it around. He is still young.
I noticed he called his parents mama and daddy in the video when I think he usually calls them moms and pops. He is feeling vulnerable. Prayers to him.

Sounds like heart failure which is very serious but there are things you can do. He's not even overweight..has he not seen a doctor in years? I guess a lot of smoking, drinking, drugs, cholesterol and untreated high bp could do it but this is crazy.

ray j isn't "fat" in terms of like just regular people standards
but he'd prob qualify as "overweight" by medical standards...at least in recent history with him growing the belly, etc
he was in his boxer briefs in a few vids/pics and u could def tell he was eating good.
when Ray puts on weight it seems to all go straight to his belly, and they say that's the worst place for it to be concentrated cuz of organs being housed near that area.
and if there's a history of some mess in his family it prob won't even need him to blow up to morbid obesity for it to take form.
hopefully he's just being his normally dramatic self and it's not really serious.

This is sad to hear, but Ray J has lived a very reckless life for so long...I feel for his family, his life seems in real danger
