THIS!!! She said her voice was changing after that Xmas album release in the silent interview . It has become really soft and airy so idk if belts is her strong suit anymore. I'm not hating just because I don't like her most recent artistic choices. Fans don't have to love everything someone does. I can see how it can come off as entitled..but I think when your fans want to support you and your performances are consistently underwhelming...it becomes frustrating. Musically there was nothing TERRIBLE about it. A musically inclined person would clearly hear what she did. Once you get over the shock of it , it's actually pretty . I guess the days of Brandy actually singing live is behind us . I can appreciate that she took a chance and put her own spin on it tho. I love the harmonies id just love to hear her sing live again . It takes away from the feeling when everything is so produced and pre recorded . Takes away from the magic of a live performance imo
