im not paying a million for her when I can get Brandy, Toni, AND Mariah for the same cost..

Nippy - wide fanbase, broke barriers, she is a seller. The female MJ. She appealed to the old white ladies, to the dope boy, to the local art teacher

Rayana - as a record exec I wouldn't let her get away with playing hide and go seek which made her fanbase drop drastically over the decades. 
A consistent presence and making her have some women's anthems (some Christina type songs in the realm of can't hold us down & beautiful) to hold onto the woman's audience + Versatile voice & one of a kind singer so she would be able to draw in a vast audience = would equal decades long seller.

Mary Jane - arguably the best female R&B catalog post-80s. Huge seller

With the $50K left over try to increase my budget $700K and sign Damito Jo since she has a solid fanbase
