I'm seeing too much Mya and I'm offended. I love Aaliyah's music but neither Aaliyah or Kelly sing better than Mya. Actually mya isn't even in the convo yet for me because tamar can go before her too for me

I know and I hate it. I think some people are just FAMOUS for being "not great" singers so people latch on to that. Kelly Rowland gets acclaim for being in a legendary group and her proximity to Beyonce but Keyshia >Kelly imo

Kelly is a better vocalist technically than Keyshia. She has her shaky moments but she's become more consistent over time. Keyshia is a sloppy modern day Mary. It's really all about "soul" with her

She is better than that. A whole lot better. For me, as a fan Mya has gotten so much better vocally throughout the years. She really took the time to hone her craft.
