It's crazy. I feel like when she does R&B it doesn't really translate well. It's almost
like she is trying too hard or just doing it to shut people up. Like it's not what she really wants
to do. I think if she is gonna do it, she should do a real singer type R&B song along the
lines of Muni Long's Hrs&Hrs or HER type songs.

This is kinda cute. It woulda been better without Durand though

Durand plays too much with his voice. Not every song requires all of that. Talented asf though.

I agree. Durand gets on my nerve sometimes with his "thing"
I like a more standard singer and he's definitely niche, much like his favorite erykah. That's why I only like her but so much too. He's a lil worse than her to me tho

Yeah I wish I could take him more seriously, but I'm happy for all his success

I'm actually pleasantly surprised

I prefer the first half of the song that's more hip hop/90s focused.. Actually sounds more like something her one time band mate kalenna would do

I don't really follow Durand like that but I don't think he did too much here. Male singers are so boring and rarely use their range effectively, so I can get with his style

It's kinda just stokley from mint condition and rahsaan patterson

Placement just be all over the place...it's fun for live shows but that's why I cnt get into his studio music

They both sound like they are singing thru a fan....my girl been looking so stressed lately and I'm tired of this afro/distressed look for the past two years. She's always gonna put out a nasty album though
