I'm sure she will. I'm actually very happy about her touring internationally again. She hasn't really been out to see her international fans since Aphrodisiac era - and even then those were limited engagements and specific to western Europe.
If anything, once her album is released it will set her up well for stronger international support as well.

I think they going the Bey route for this album... Hopefully not a surprise mess cuz that's late but in terms of touring everywhere first to build hype and demand for new music not just from fans but GP, prolly revamped the set to go with the whole Slayana theme, perform a new song or two, and let this lawsuit pass over as well...
When they release the album thou I want a short notice mess... And everything should be done and packaged, videos shot by the time they announce it and get the ball rolling

I think they haven't announced a "worldwide" tour because it's being presented by a variety of tour promoters depending on the market. For example, in the UK it's being presented by Musicalize whereas in ANZ it's being presented by the Ginnen Group.
US dates are probably harder to plan. It won't be no little 3-5 locations/venues. It'll be a lot more grand so that'll probably take more time, especially if she's touring with another artist(s).
She should come back to Jamaica.

That's normal though. Tinashe had different promotors for each region.
Probably everything wasn't worked out already that's why these dates are just coming step by step and mind you musicalize might have jumped the gun and announced prematurely

She can do these dates in the UK And Mess in a week and then get back to whatever but once the US dates are set in stone its tour time only 20-40 States takes time and commitment
