I wouldn't pay much attention to this reference population listing. It's a list of other groups that have the same pieces of your heritage. A lot of your heritage lies in North Africa. Many Dominicans have ancestry in North Africa. This is why it's listed as a group that may share the same pieces.
Pay it no mind though.
Now if Dominican pops up in your 4 Grandparent results (in a test that's relevant to your ancestry) that's a different story.
