She really was. The jazz and blues influence in her voice from such a young age. I love the dynamic of her albums. They're so different but they're both so authentic. Such a talent.

She really was. Amy was one fo those artist that come around every ten years or so, like an Anita or Lalah Lathaway. She kinda breathed life into that Blue Eyed Soul wave; Adele, Lilly Allen, Duffy etc all followed in her footsteps.

I honestly feel like she was both..
Yes her music paid homage to the past but her skill and approach was a bit ahead of its time.. She just gave legend IMO.. Established...
Like she had been here for 40 years TBH..
