and what do you do to calm your nerves?
Yes,
Both Generalized and Social.
Eating well and building a consistent routine helps. Accomplishing small goals throughout the day doesn't really calm me but if gives me a boost of confidence. Showers and Walks Help too.

I'd say both actually. It helps because it gives u an idea of hope to deal w situation. Really, thats wassup it def helps calm my nerves as well. I don't even give folks reactions anymore to negativity. Reading helps remove all the toxic, negative issues u may be facing that day or week or month and brings something new to the brain for focus of something else.

!!!!!!
My anxiety increases when I can't handle something head on
I don't like to allow things to linger because it causes anxiety issues for me

I used to have in bsource. but thankfully it passed quickly after I logged off :-D :-D :-D
Yes,
I have terrible anxiety. To the point where i have panic attacks and those things are no fun at all. They happen sporadically and I always think that I'm having a heart attack. I don't take medication for it because it's controllable as long as you don't over think and calm yourself down.
The strange thing is... I don't even know what brings on my panic attacks.
Brandy is helpful because her tone relaxes me, so popping in "Afrodisiac or Human" is key as well.
Sometimes when someone texts or calls me I have to immediately piss...
I feel a rush of anxiety over me..
I think I suffer from adrenaline fatigue
mine is really really bad
Yes up until whatever it is that's stresses me out happens and I realize that it isn't a big deal. It's weird
Not really
I think i do decent job at pushing stressful events to the back of my head until I'm ready to handle it, at least if something more important is a priority
