Title: Most sampled?

I randomly heard a song on the radio today by a male R&B artist that sampled "Shawty swing my way"and I thought to myself  damn right on the heels of "Exchange" that's risky!  But anyway that damn record has been sample sooooooo much.  My question to you guys is in your opinion whats the most sample song in hip hop/ R&b?

Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye, Issac Hayes and a bunch of other acts from the 70's are responsible for a lot of R&B/hip-hop records

Probably something from the 70s or 80s.  Most 90s songs are samples themselves.  Debarge, that Juicy sample, etc.
