It happened randomly when I was lying in bed trying to sleep :ohwow: I was just relaxed and talking to universe saying things "thank you Universe" and I freestyled my own affirmation :ohwow: then I started feeling a circling pulsating feeling on my forehead. I felt this before while mediating but his time it was faster and strong to the point I felt my blankie that was on my head shifting :plzstop: and my breathing changed and so did my heart rate. Like it wasnt me controlling it. I swear it felt like I was not on earth anymore. Then I started seeing indigo and pretty shapes and a bright white light that looked like it was a the end of a tunnel. I just kept crying after that :stressed:
