Not at all... Nowadays I am a little too deep into my career to downgrade to such a position, but as a starting opportunity it is really interesting.
I think it would be cute if she really had a bigger or more powerful team. I mean you can make graphics and do administration but if the music sucks and isn't promoted at all.. If there is no record label then yeah.. I mean she is not a new talent waiting to become a big success. Is it charity or is it just cheap?

It isn't charity or cheap. She's just granting an opportunity to fans for business internships where they'll receive training, work hands on in business and advance to paid positions at her label if they have what it takes to move forward. From my understanding its just a summer thing.
