This is all because of Colonialism. Brown people were treated better, made to feel more accepted, and thus felt superior in some way, simply because of their proximity to whites.
Britain colonized India and brought Indians to Africa to work on the railroad (by force), but they were paid. They were made to feel as "almost equal". This has really poisoned our minds.
Its worse in America, where South Asians have done relatively well, making the gap even wider.
I'm pretty passionate about BLM and equal treatment for ALL minorities, and its really disheartening to see how many of my people really don't give a fuck.
