Title: If You Could...Which Classic Black Sitcom Would You Reboot?
Post by: D.I.E.G.O. on July 21, 2016, 03:21:46 PM
They've been making movies into TV series and reviving some old shows with a bit of success. Which black sitcom do you think could slay today as a reboot?

Wow. I could see it. And I'm sure a lot of the originals would come back for guest appearances or recurring roles.

What if they did a new "227" mess out, but made it about women of color living on Park Avenue or some shit. Flip the show on its head a bit

D

The Parkers, but idk...... It could go either way.. Either be a fucking KI or a damn MESS...... I'm just picturing them FLOPPING down on a couch somewhere n cackling DOWN.

But I'm also picturing Count' out of breath, bigger than Monique, n her hoarse smoker voice....

I just can't quite imagine Count bringing that same ENERGY back to Kim.... But I can definitely see the cast of Martin giving the SAME MESS.
