My Twitter timeline are reading Tamar and apparently 'wanda ain't happy.
havent watched yet but last week Trina sliced bacon off of Vince's big ass back and Taugly fumed LOLZ
Idk I'm still halfway through but this Afraid of birds storyline with Trina is beyond weak. so dry
They're all crazy for that argument. none of that made any sense
They ruined a perfectly good moment. Why wouldn't they be excited about a Broadway opportunity? they all have big trust issues (including Tamar) it seems
Tamar didn't understand why they weren't excited, and they said they needed more details and the reason she was excited is because she apparently knew more
about it than they did, and she tried to assure them that wasn't the case. then they asked when she met with these broadway producers, and she said "When we were in NYC" followed by their response of "When were u in NYC :uhh: "
So i guess they wanted to be included in any and ALL meetings, especially if their life story is gonna be on stage one day. It was likely reminiscent of all the other times they felt Tamar did little slick things behind their backs in business, but they still did too much.
They're getting a Broadway mess? That's huge! Book Braxtons!!

They should be grateful, cause I doubt they're booking anything substantial.
Except dirty, stinky bars and an amateur acting class.
Tamar is a hustler, I respect her for that.
well Vince is the one that got the call and they want the entire Braxton family. Tamar works hard but that wasn't a Tamar offer or gig, that's why she was trying to convince them
It would be a great look for everyone

Trina and Towanda are petty, spent those first episodes arguing that Ms. E should be in Atlanta over LA...but they've spent this entire season in LA, practically.
well, the filming is all over the place and certainly not in order
Who knows when all this even took place at this point, the way they throw random footage together and copy/paste :dead:
I definitely agree that they're a mess for that though. Vince obviously has the money and resources to make sure she gets the best round the clock care :uhh: it's a no brainer
and :dead: is this Theo I'm quoting
I honestly think they just dont trust tamar and vince and thats why they werent jumping for joy. i doubt they wouldnt love a broadway play. Tamar and vince brokering the deal is probably where the reservations came in, hence all the questions. Just sit and think, alot of people that work with them claim they dont pay. I think tamar and vince are most concerned about TAMAR AND VINCE and no one knows that better than those sisters.
Last time the sisters agreed to something that Vince and Tamar organised. SHITmar started dragging their husbands one by one on national television. The girls aren't for her fuck shit anymore. I live.

ddddfdfdf i think thats exactly what it is, unfortunately
u can tell because Tow' and Trina didn't even accuse of her doing any sneak shit, and she jumped down their throats anyway
:plzstop:
i guess she could FEEL the suspicion

It is sneaky to not tell the sisters about meeting the producer in New York. It is about the Braxton family not about Tamar. I think because Vince and Tamar already did this meeting behind their backs they are afraid they won't have much control over it. It is important for the careers of all the girls that this musical doesn't end up like Kandi's.

This is what i think they think. That's why they asking, what's the plot line, who's writing it, who are the producers, etc. They don't fckn trust them :dead:

Exactly. Vince and Tamar always want control and the Real showed they are difficult people to work with.
I couldn't help but laugh when the photographer of People mag said that she should be an art director..the moment she took over the shoot en decided she wanted to be photographed in the pool. Why didn't they ask the sisters to join them? I mean it is kinda important to meet the producer first and then toast TOGETHER to having a Braxton Broadway play. I feel like she just wanted to get credit for everything.. And I bet Trina and Towanda feel like she is gonna rub it in their faces a million time like "but I arranged this play for us, don't act like I never did anything for you".
!!!!!!!
Yeah I can't see how anyone wouldn't understand why they were asking questions. Tamar isn't Kim K, she doesn't have their best interest. I think Trina and Tow' did right by asking questions especially if it's something their names will he attached to and you already know Vincent and Tamar will get a larger cut than everyone else just because they took the meeting. It's all snake shit because anything having to do with the Braxton's should include all the Braxton's not just Big Vince and Ugly.
Mountain Vince needs to sit downnnn and Tamar ain't cute
She is doing too much ->

Broadway is hard work and takes dedication. I doubt they would ever agree to it. Only Tamar/maybe Toni.
I don't think they will actually be on stage, they are just going to help with the story and casting
They wanted Tamar to help them write and produce Broadway shows and she suggested that they make on about her family ,,, they didn't need to come it wasn't about them until Tamar came up with that idea,, she should took the deal alone they so ungrateful
Once it became about her family that's when she should have included them in the meetings :uhh: she nor Vince should be making decisions on their behalf without their consent. Like what is there not to understand about that?
That producer was the one that said it should be about the braxtons. Who tf would want Tamar to be on the creative end of a Broadway play for any other reason :dead:
There's no doubt in my mind that the "braxton story" was either pitched or presented. Like do u really think someone is running up behind tamar and/or entertaining her ideas in the broadway world because theyre just dying to see this nobody bitch's vision come to life? Please :kii:

I had trouble with their reaction because I don't see how it was any different from the time Tamar surprised them all with the news that they were invited to appear on Family Feud. What's so different? Sure, it's a bigger time investment, but it's also a bigger platform. Once she assured them that everything was in the beginning stages and nothing had been ironed out, that should let them know their input was needed. I could see if she said she made a deal without them.

But when they come to L.A. it doesn't involve her in any way so why should they? U went to NY and were discussing and possibly planning something that will include all of us. And when she went IS important. How long have u been discussing and brokering this deal with us in mind? If it was over a period of time, it would seem like she was working all the logistics out and then calling them once everything was done to her satisfaction. It isn't hard to understand at all tbh. This is all moot if they didn't actually broker a deal, IMO.
Even if it were a concern, they should have just simply said it sounded interesting, so they want to be fully aware of everything and making all the decisions as a team from that point. Whether that's a producer credit, whatever. The fact that Tamar and Vince were contacted first to help convince the others is ok since she is high-profile. Same thing if Toni brought the idea to them. As long as everything was still early, nothing had been signed, no deal had been set, and she was coming to them to collaborate, I don't see the big uproar. :uhh:
And all the previous questionable things, in their mind, were things that Tamar did for herself. Like getting a spinoff. If she's coming to them with a group project, it's just an idea that's totally different than if she walked in saying it was a done deal and she was getting her own play based on all their lives. I feel like they all approach one another with project ideas that someone brought to one of them. Family Feud is one time that no one questioned. A group album. An appearance somewhere, etc. Whatever, I just felt their reaction was overblown.
But how were they to know what had been done? Thats why they were ASKING QUESTIONS :dead:
And saying toni and tamar bringing an opportunity to them is the same isn't necessarily true. They have history and have dealt with each other in the past. Maybe there's a reason to side eye tamar on the business side. We've already heard from numerous sources that she don't pay her fckn people. Maybe they don't have the same experience with Toni in business as they do tamar. I mean this was the ONLY bitch that was just let go from an ensemble cast. We truly dont know how shiesty and shady this hoe is. Something tells me that getting into business with tamar is hell. Let them ask they fckn questions :dead:

How is she being bashed for not including them when that was exactly what she was trying to do? :dead: One meeting means nothing in Hollywood or big-time deals like that. Why invite five people to New York to hear these dudes without knowing their expectations first? Yeah, they could have invited all of them. But what if it turned out to be some BS that wasted everyone's time? It was not a business deal. As long as nothing was agreed or signed, it was just a dinner with people tossing around ideas.
Business-minded people would have said, "OK let's talk details with these people. Oh and we're splitting everything five ways. " If that's their concern.
They are still participating and benefitting from the big idea she brought to them (the show), so they can't be too mad at the idea of her starting things for them.
Yea, i agree with the girls and don't trust her

Again, a meeting is nothing if no deal were set. If she honestly has not done anything except heard the idea, that's no different from a phone call. Who cares if it were discussed over the phone or in NY over dinner? The point is, no script has been made, no one has been cast, no one signed anything or agreed to business terms, no dates have been set, no money has been exchanged, and no obligations have been stated. She was even asking them about ideas for the content, so even that is up in the air. That being the case, that's a prime opportunity for them all to provide input and get their coins. Demand terms, if you're worried.
I have no problem with them asking questions. Their tone and skepticism is what what surprising, especially after she emphasized she had only been presented an idea.
They were mad at Tamar for getting her own spinoff. This is different.

From the very beginning, who has looked worse on the show but Tamar herself? :dead: And her relationship with Vince is not always presented to be the best either, especially in the early seasons.
That is one thing I always appreciate about BFV compared to others. It is a pretty objective look at all the sisters. It does not give off the obvious producer-manipulated stuff on RH or LHH.

Am I giving that impression? That's curious, because I specifically said they should have voiced their concerns, stated what they wanted from a business deal money-wise, or said they want to go over everything with lawyers, etc. I'm not saying they should be gung-ho about it, or fully trust Tamar. I'm not saying they shouldn't ask questions. Im just saying that if nothing has actually been done as far as a deal, that's a perfect time to assert yourself as a business woman and say what you want, to go over it with your people, or whatever.
No contracts yet? Good, let me get in with my lawyers so I can get what I want from the ground up. Or maybe I can refuse to do it if Vince is involved, or if the money is not split equally. Whatever your terms are.
I said this in all my responses, but y'all keep reading it as me saying Tamar is awesome and they should do whatever she wants. :dead: Whatever.
I don't think they trust Tamar. Someone posted a vid like a week ago about Tamar signing a record deal without them knowing about it.. Towanda was very hurt by it. Oh and didn't she do DWTS even though it was Towanda's dream to be on that show??
well the DWTS thing shouldnt be an issue. Bitch, if u mad that I accepted an opportunity that was presented to me then thats on u. I dont think Towanda cares tho
At the root of the heightened family feud was Tamar's decision to do Dancing with the Stars even though Towanda tried to get on the show for the last two years.
The siblings felt as though Tamar's decision to take an opportunity that Towanda had been working on was disrespectful and believe that's why she kept the negotiations secret from her family.
:omgwatshappening:
I don't think they ever addressed any issues about that on the show. I remember anticipating some mess on the season about it, but they only showed Toni giving her tips. The sisters have actually been getting along well recently. Maybe Tamar's illness swept it under the rug.

:plzstop:
